Janitorial Supervisor

About the Role

Lead a team of 30+ cleaners to ensure all work areas meet Velociti Services and client standards. Supervise performance, address client requests, and maintain high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff, focusing on performance, cleanliness standards, and on-duty behavior
• Ensure best-in-class cleaning service across all areas of the worksite/building
• Review and manage work schedules
• Track inventory, order cleaning supplies/materials, and monitor equipment
• Oversee all cleaning activities and enforce Health and Safety policies
• Resolve staff disputes quickly and professionally
• Train new employees and fill in for general cleaning as needed
• Communicate with management and resolve complaints/conflicts
• Discipline and reward employees as appropriate
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct worksite inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• 2+ years of cleaning supervisor experience
• Ability to pass county badging/background check
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• High School Graduate or higher preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required

Physical Requirements

• Lift boxes/packages up to 60 pounds
• Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move shipments
• Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times daily
• Stand for extended periods

Pay

$20 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–1:30 am
