Janitorial Supervisor

The Supervisor will clean, sanitize, supervise and maintain our commercial location. The ideal candidate enjoys working individually and as part of a team, is well‑spoken, energetic, and personable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and offices; empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, etc.
• Wipe and dust surfaces, clean mirrors, and maintain furniture and drapes.
• Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
• Wash and stock all paper products, soaps, and supplies in bathrooms.
• Pick up and empty trash containers.
• Maintain high cleaning standards; training provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, confidential, and professional.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and reach, bend, lift, and pull.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Successful completion of a strong criminal background check.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
• Self‑direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, professional manner when dealing with the public.
• Ability to lead staff.
