Janitorial Supervisor

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

About the role

Employers Options is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team in Wailea, HI.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and other commercial spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, and entryways.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and company standards.
• Safely operate janitorial equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality service.

Pay

$22/hour (fixed rate)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (full-time, contract)
