About the role

The Budd Group is seeking an energetic and hands-on Janitorial Operations Manager to lead facility operations for a premier manufacturing client in Tobaccoville, NC. This high-visibility leadership role oversees janitorial services and is based 100% on-site in Winston-Salem, NC.

Responsibilities

• Spend your day on the floor, not behind a desk, overseeing and motivating a team of 40+ employees across three shifts.
• Conduct daily high-visibility audits of janitorial cleanliness, ensuring restrooms and production areas meet elite standards.
• Master scheduling and attendance tracking using Dayforce and Excel to ensure 100% coverage, even with last-minute client requests.
• Be the face of The Budd Group for facility partners, translating their needs into actionable plans for your custodial team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/Word).
• A valid Driver’s License.
