About the role

Part‑time custodial position with a ServiceMaster Clean franchisee in Monroeville, PA, responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for customer buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures (sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, etc.)
• Open and lock facilities; enable and disable security systems as required
• Maintain a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude, uniform compliance, dependability and punctuality
• Work cooperatively with co‑workers and customers, showing respect and understanding
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

• 1‑2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor or housekeeper is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn; on‑the‑job training provided for candidates with a strong work ethic
• Ability to be flexible, work at a fast‑paced, multi‑tasked environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance (uniform)

Pay

$17.50 per hour

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Alternative shift mentioned: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
