Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean‑up work for trash and restroom concerns.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Willingness to work assigned hours, including multiple shift options (full‑time, part‑time, seasonal).
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job: bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Schedule

Available shifts include full‑time, part‑time, and seasonal opportunities. Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am.
