Janitorial / Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the interior of the club.
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the club.
• Assist with service to members and guests when required.
• Complete daily itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the general manager.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude toward all club staff, members, and guests.
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager.
• Remain aware of club facility concerns, including downed/broken equipment and building issues.
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook.
• Perform any additional tasks or projects as requested by management.

Requirements

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
• Experience working with children.
• Certifications as required by local/state laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligibility to work in the United States, with proof for e‑Verification, and ongoing compliance with state and federal requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30 lb. on occasion.
• Stand, bend, and squat with frequency.
• Push and pull cleaning/maintenance equipment as needed.

Pay

Salary range: $33,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
