Janitorial / Custodial Technician

Critical Duties

• Cleaning CNC Machines: Wipe down exteriors, remove chips, clean coolant trays and reservoirs, dispose of metal shavings and used materials according to safety and environmental regulations.
• Facility & Warehouse Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and power wash floors; remove debris, spills, and industrial waste; empty and clean trash and recycling containers.
• Office & Corporate Area Cleaning: Daily cleaning of executive offices, conference rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, and reception areas; maintain professionalism and confidentiality; clean windows, tables, and high-touch surfaces; restock restrooms and breakrooms.
• General Facility & Safety Responsibilities: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely; maintain cleanliness of entrances, sidewalks, and exterior walkways; maintain cleaning logs, inspection checklists, and task completion records; follow PPE, chemical handling, and safety procedures; report hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
