Responsibilities

• Perform team tasks on‑site and ensure all duties are completed fully.
• Interact with clients to deliver professional, prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and coordinate tasks for the assigned crew.
• Ensure crew members understand their responsibilities according to company policies.
• Collaborate with the crew to coordinate and successfully execute daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Assist the supervisor or area manager with new‑hire onboarding and training.
• Equip team members with the information and tools needed to work effectively, offering clarity and support for their success.
• Motivate the crew, regularly engage with members to provide support and guidance, and lead by example.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in cleaning operations and distribution‑center environments.
• 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical‑handling documents (typically in English; Spanish versions may be provided when required).
• Capability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer‑service orientation with a friendly, positive attitude; able to motivate team members and address client requests promptly and orderly.
• Use of KBS’s mobile time‑keeping app (KBSPresence) for clock‑in/out, attendance, required training, and distribution of important work information; reimbursement for personal‑phone usage as permitted by local law.

Pay

Starting wage: $23.06 per hour.
