Pay
- Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage)
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums may apply (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed) in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
About the role
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility—from the parking lot and receiving area to the restrooms.
