Janitorial Associate
Pay
Hourly wage: $15.50 – $28.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may be earned in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
About the role
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility—from the parking lot and receiving area to the restrooms.
