Janitorial Associate

About the role

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store — from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area — maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Pay

• Hourly wage: $14.50 – $27.50 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location)
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums of $0.35 – $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums can stack when criteria are met
