About the role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual seeking to advance their career in commercial real estate. With unlimited earning potential, you will receive comprehensive training in the foundational elements of the industry. Collaborating with senior brokers, you will learn the nuances of pursuing, pitching, winning, and closing real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on producing and enhancing building marketing materials.
- Engage in business development and prospecting activities (e.g., emails, networking, warm-calling, relationship-building, LinkedIn, etc.) to secure new business meetings.
- Coordinate and accompany clients to property sites for tours to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
- Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representation assignments.
- Develop Request for Proposals (RFPs) and synthesize the data to prepare summary reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
- Aid in the preparation of presentations for current clients and new business pitches.
- Develop and grow knowledge of local market, submarket, tenants, landlords, property, recent transactions, property values, and trends and news in the real estate industry.
- Participate in industry events, open houses and client functions.
- Update and maintain Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
Requirements
- College degree
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- California Salesperson License (or willingness to attain)
