Pay
Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour. Actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable local minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
About the role
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility—from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area.
