Pay
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Provide a great first and last impression of the store for customers.
