Janitorial Associate
About the role
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store — from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area — maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and associates
- Provide a great first and last impression for store visitors
Pay
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed)
- Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met
Schedule
Full-time, overnight shifts. Location: Walmart Supercenter #1164, 360 Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC 29212.
