Responsibilities
- Serves as the functional lead to ensure full execution of daily scope of work and quality in assigned areas of a building(s).
- Assists with the planning, preparation of training and orientation for new team members.
- Organizes and monitors work processes to ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Communicates building changes (construction, remodeling, repairs, new facility contacts, etc.) to Account Manager and District Manager.
- Trains new Team Members on facility scope of work, equipment use, and proper cleaning techniques.
- Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
- Inspects work performed by team members.
- Addresses minor corrective performance concerns with team members; refers more serious cases to the Account Manager and/or District Manager.
- Provides follow-up on requests and concerns.
- Identifies issues and opportunities during the course of their work and escalates as needed to Account Manager and/or District Manager.
- Communicates building changes (construction, remodeling, repairs, new facility contacts, etc.) to Account Manager and District Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a janitorial capacity required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a supervisory capacity preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.

Pay
Starting from USD $20.00/Hr.
Schedule
A part-time or full-time non-exempt (hourly) position.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift items of up to 35 lbs. while moving around and performing other physical duties (i.e., climbing ladder, lifting, bending).
- Ability to adapt and work as a team to ensure daily tasks, project work, requests, and work orders are completed on time and within company expectations.
- Ability to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking.
