About the role

Summary: The Janitor/Utility performs assigned/scheduled janitorial and cleaning work in offices, rest rooms, lunch room, manufacturing and other service areas. The company (Greenleaf Corporation) provides on the job training. Openings: 1.

Responsibilities

• Collect and remove trash.
• Sweep, scrub and wax flooring.
• Vacuum rugs.
• Shampoo rugs as necessary.
• Clean furniture.
• Wash windows and glass partitions.
• Dusting of pictures, wall decorations, etc.
• Clean and sanitize lavatories and wash basins, clean mirrors and fill dispensers.
• Ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available and requisition as needed.
• Inform Maintenance Supervisor of any repairs that need to be made.
• Comply with all quality, safety, work rules and regulations.
