Janitor II - Kauai

Summary Of Duties

Keeps an assigned building space clean and orderly; makes minor building repairs; and performs other duties as required.

In addition to performing routine cleaning tasks:

• performs such maintenance repair work as repairing and/or replacing venetian blinds and cords, light switches, door locks and faucet washers;
• carries and moves heavy and bulky furniture;
• cleans places and equipment which are not easily accessible;
• may occasionally instruct or oversee the work of others.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

General Experience: None.
