Qualifications
- A High School Diploma / GED
- Previous janitorial or building maintenance experience, 1-2 years preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record
- Insured and registered Motor Vehicle available for all commute and work hours
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the job (see below)
- Careful and thorough with commitment to getting the job done well
- Acceptable Criminal Background Check (CORI)
