Janitor Floater (PM Shift, Full-Time)

What You Will Be Doing

• Support multiple client sites by traveling to different buildings.
• Ensure each building is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Handle daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and responding to spills.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned by supervisor.

Janitor Floater Qualifications And Requirements

• Valid Unexpired Driver’s License and a Personal Vehicle for Transportation.
• Ability to drive to different client locations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs (as needed).
• Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including but not limited to: emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipe downs.
• Able to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Able to work in the U.S.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Considerations: Stand and walk for extended periods of time, bend, kneel, crouch, lift up-to 40 lbs as required by job, operate a vehicle to travel between client sites.
