Janitor Floater - AM Shift, Full-Time

About the Role

Since 2010, Total Facility Care (TFC) has provided detailed and comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for clients across Colorado and Nebraska. Our Commercial Cleaner Floaters provide excellent and friendly service to our clients daily. Responsibilities

• Service multiple client locations in a single shift
• Efficiently work throughout your entire shift to clean client buildings
• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, wiping down surfaces
• Maximize the quality of service delivered to our customers
• Present with a friendly and positive attitude
• Properly and safely use supplies and equipment
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Commercial Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to follow instructions and complete all assigned tasks
• Able to work well independently
• Punctual and Responsible
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with our company
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay & Schedule

Location: Fort Collins. Schedule: Monday-Friday. Pay: $18.50/hr.
