Touchmark at Fairway Village is seeking a full-time Janitor for the swing shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
Responsibilities
- Clean offices, treat carpets, empty trash, and handle recycling as needed
- Take out trash and check/restock supplies in publicly accessible restrooms
- Maintain and clean common areas, including moving furniture
- Perform general cleaning duties throughout the premises
- Keep supervisor informed of equipment performance issues and supply needs
- Maintain a safe environment free of physical hazards
- Ensure security and safety of the premises through building walks and checking exterior doors
Requirements
- Patient, tactful, and flexible when interacting with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff, and the public
- Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks (carpet experience is a plus)
- Adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance: Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion
