JANITOR

About the role

Founded in 1969, Summit Point Motorsports Park and Training Facility provides Commercial Motorsports events along with customized Security and Emergency Medical training solutions on our 786-acre facility located in Summit Point, WV. We are a recognized leader in the Motorsports and Security Training Solutions Markets for both commercial and government clients. Janitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and usability of the buildings and grounds located across the Summit Point campus. This individual must possess a professional demeanor as well as a keen attention to detail. This position is part of a team; cooperation and collaboration are critical for success.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a healthy working environment.
• Removes and disposes trash following the appropriate policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 0‑1 year of general cleaning work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust government security clearance after hire.
• Must be able to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screening.
• Position requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, use of hands, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions all day.
• Must frequently lift and move items up to 100 pounds.
• Work conditions include internal and external environments in various weather conditions, extreme hot or cold, exposure to dust, dirt, or hazards (may require PPE). Most work is performed outside, subject to atmospheric conditions, close quarters, and narrow aisles or passageways.

Schedule

Early Shift: 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM. Full‑time, Monday through Friday.
