Janitor

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the building pristine.

Responsibilities

• Keep all public areas of the community clean and tidy.
• Remove loose garbage from the ground and waste baskets.
• Assist in cleaning apartments when they transition from a former resident to a new resident.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed.

Requirements

• No experience required, but previous janitorial/cleaning experience is a bonus.
• Takes pride in keeping a facility spotless and clean.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction from others.
• Knowledge about how to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs. Government requirements or exclusions may apply.
