Janitor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to provide immunization record, including the flu shot.
• Possess a REAL ID compliant valid driver’s license
• Pass an initial federal background check and subsequent annual recheck to maintain all employment at CAFB.
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Possess a working telephone
• Reliable transportation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs a wide variety of custodial duties daily.
• Contract is considered mission essential, and work must be performed regardless of environmental conditions.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English well.
• Demonstrate patience.
• Collapse multiple tasks and handle various situations in a calm and professional manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires the use of hands, arms, and fingers.
• Ability to balance, climb, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Walk, stand, and/or sit for eight hours per day.
