About the role

Our Queensbury location is currently looking to immediately fill a Janitor position. Our commercial cleaners are responsible for cleaning a retail building and other buildings on the grounds after hours.

Responsibilities

• Dust displays in multiple areas throughout the building
• Clean bathrooms
• Remove garbage
• Mop floors
• Sweep floors
• Vacuum floors
• Wax floors
• Strip floors
• Wash floors
• Empty trash
• Clean and vacuum carpets
• Clean doors and windows
• Dust (general)
• Maintain restrooms daily
• Empty recyclables
• Make recommendations for repair and improvements to buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Determine appropriate cleaning materials, supplies, tools, and equipment needed to accomplish the job
• Perform general cleaning of all other areas assigned
• Ensure company property and equipment is properly handled and maintained
