• Oversee and direct janitors in performing cleaning tasks.
• Manage a small fleet of onsite equipment and coordinate logistics.
• Recruit and manage hourly trade personnel.
• Execute Look Ahead schedules and Work Plans.
• Monitor and control labor costs and production rates.
• Encourage innovation and efficiency in work methods.
• Train and coach employees on safety and quality practices.
• Manage subcontractor compliance with plans and specifications.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce company policies.
• Fill out Foreman's Daily Control accurately.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a Janitor Foreman.
• A Valid Drivers License.
