Janitor 1st Shift / conserje primero Turno

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and all office areas, including sanitizing and disinfecting refrigerators, microwaves, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, and wiping down tables and chairs.
• Maintain hand-soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers.
• Report damage or out-of-order facilities to management.
• Maintain all required cleaning/janitorial logs and checklists updated daily.
• Disinfect/sanitize all surfaces and commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, phones, and main entrance areas.
• Maintain cleaning inventory.
• Maintain outdoor trash and grounds pickup.
• Remove debris from sidewalks.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands

• Standing on one's feet for long periods of time, walking, and lifting.
• Regularly required to sit/stand, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• May be required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

• Frequently exposed to a cold, wet environment.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually below 85 db for a time-weighted average of 8 hours.
