About the role

Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the building pristine.

Responsibilities

• Keep all public areas of the community clean and tidy.
• Remove loose garbage from the ground and waste baskets.
• Auxiliary in cleaning apartments during transitions from former residents to new residents.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but previous janitorial/cleaning experience is a bonus.
• Take pride in keeping a facility spotlessly clean.
• Have good communication skills and can follow directions from others.
• Know how to use cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
