About the Role

Provide non-clinical support, screenings, and recovery coaching in a jail setting. Engage individuals and connect them to resources before and after release. Promote self-advocacy, peer support, and long-term recovery. Serve as a mentor through shared lived experience.

Requirements

• Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (or ability to obtain within 13 months)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of lived recovery experience
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record
