JAG Team Leader

Forward Service Corporation (FSC) is a not‑for‑profit firm providing employment and training services to program participants. The JAG Team Leader will coordinate JAG programs, deliver services, and support participants toward independence and career advancement. The position is based at FSC’s corporate office, 4600 American Pkwy #301, Madison, WI 53718.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct student services by identifying, recruiting, and instructing students facing multiple barriers to graduation and career transition.
• Supervise JAG Career Specialists.
• Develop employer relationships within the community and market employment programs to private and public employers.
• Deliver curriculum and ensure students achieve specific JAG competencies through classroom instruction.
• Recruit eligible students from diverse sources to meet program standards.
• Oversee recruitment of JAG‑eligible individuals to achieve target program outcomes.
• Maintain positive perceptions of the JAG program by building effective relationships with school personnel, teachers, administrators, students, and Advisory Committee members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and program quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three or more years of work‑related experience with supervisory responsibilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Wisconsin Teaching License preferred.

Pay

Full‑time exempt position with a minimum starting salary of $70,800.84 per year. Additional compensation is provided based on experience: e.g., three additional years of experience → $71,862.86/yr; five additional years → $74,034.91/yr, etc.
