JAG Career Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will identify, recruit, and instruct students who face challenges in academic promotion, graduation, and the transition from school to a career. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the students we serve at Stanley-Boyd High School (507 E 1st Ave, Stanley, WI 54768).

Responsibilities

• Implement the JAG curriculum to help students acquire specific competencies.
• Recruit students directly and secure referrals from school personnel, the Advisory Committee, and parents.
• Create and implement career development plans tailored to each enrolled student.
• Develop and implement individual intervention strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid WI teaching license or willingness to work toward licensure.
• Experience developing curriculum and working in the education field.
• Maintain an active driver’s license and insurability.
• Resourceful, independent, and driven.
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
