Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations
• Load, unload, and inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) using proper gaging equipment
• Make offsets and adjustments as required to maintain part specifications
• Independently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish components
• Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention
• Complete documentation as required or requested
• Participate in continuous improvement projects designed to enhance processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions
• Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area
• Practice 5S principles

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
• Sufficient knowledge interpreting technical data accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Proficient problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly detail oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
