Jackson Area Hospice Visitor

About the role

Residential hospice provides visitors to patients who live in their own homes and senior living facilities in and around the Jackson area. Volunteers can visit just once a week for as little as one hour.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes or at senior living facilities
• No hands-on care required
• Make a lasting impact in the community

Requirements

• Driver’s License
• Background Check
• Attend Orientation
• TB and Drug Test

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs

Skills

• Listening skills
• Comfortable visiting with seniors
• Willingness to support patients and families
