J33 Battlewatch Support Team (journeyman)

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a J33 Battlewatch Support Team (Journeyman) in MacDill AFB, Florida. This position is contingent upon contract award. RMGS, Inc. is a growing small business headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We provide security-related training and advisory services to the U.S. Government, allied nations, and private industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide a 24/7, 365 days per year team that is the Command’s central notification and data-source center for both crisis and other significant, non-routine events.
• Maintain the Battlewatch section with 100% compliance.
• Personnel from other sections may be used to replace Battlewatch vacancies.
• Prepare and execute routine daily reports that document the status of current SOCCENT operations, all personnel, and SOF laydown.
• Create, update, and disseminate daily reports including but not limited to SITREPs, DEPREPs, consolidated PERSTAT, J3 force laydown brief, OPSUM, Commanders Critical Information Reports (CCIR) notifications, and daily ops primer.
• Maintains daily accurate records of all personnel traveling within the AOR, recording their status on NIPR and SIPR databases.
• Tracks and maintains daily key leader location product that is disseminated to the entire SOCCENT enterprise.
• Accurately document initial 5Ws (who, what, when, where, why) report (i.e. CCIR, serious incidents, disasters), providing responsive and accurate information regarding potential victims, and effecting coordination with subordinate commands/commanders
