J1 visa Server - Café Boulud - Palm Beach

About the role

Café Boulud Palm Beach is seeking professional J1 visa Servers for its upcoming season 2026-2027, starting October 15, 2026 to about May 31, 2027. The restaurant is located at the heart of the historic Brazilian Court Hotel and is known for its culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth service by being present on the floor
• Be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and service
• Guide guests through their meal as the main personal contact and ambassador
• Lead your team and control the pace and flow of all tables in your station

Requirements

• 2+ Years fine dining experience in a similar restaurant
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Passionate about food, wine, and service
• Leadership skills to manage a team
• Experience working in a fine dining setting

Skills

• Knowledgeable about food and wine
