About the role

As a Select Growth Advisor to a Private Client Advisor in Chase Wealth Management, you will offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families. Your expertise will support a wide range of clients, from those just starting to save to those with significant wealth. You will provide an exceptional investor experience by offering advised solutions and Chase partner referrals that deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, integrating with key partners
  • Integrate and apply goals-based planning and advice
  • Understand and integrate investment products and services
  • Stay current on market performance and trends
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism
  • Offer holistic financial coaching beyond investments
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy including social media, client-specific presentation materials, and hosting client events
  • Support proactive and reactive communication, including responding to market volatility, providing account reviews with advice, and updating financial plans and goals through our planning software
  • Embrace digital innovations to help clients become more digitally confident and bank when, where, and how they want
  • Champion and support your teammates' success and the goals of the bank, fostering teamwork and collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of financial services experience
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to goals-based planning and advice
  • Demonstrated understanding of investment products and services
  • Understanding of market performance and market trends
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks and work independently

Qualifications

  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
  • A valid and active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) or Wealth Management Certified Planner (WMCP) certification
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
