Job Responsibilities

  • Oversight of sales support efforts for a J.P. Morgan Advisors team.
  • Coordination and completion of client service-related projects and operational issues.
  • Supervision of junior sales support, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Regulation and improvement of workflow within the group, including identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Development of procedures for addressing logistical and administrative client concerns.
  • Improvement of communications between team members, JPMA partners, and external clients.
  • Extensive client contact and coverage responsibilities, including serving as the primary point of contact for key client relationships.
  • Collaboration with other teams to ensure compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements are met.
  • Attendance at client meetings as necessary.
  • Completion of ad hoc client-related projects as needed.
  • Navigating the firm/client issue resolution, escalation, and creative solutions.
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities for the Financial Advisor.
  • Special portfolio analysis on products.
  • Participation in product rollouts, ideas calls, and research meetings to stay current on all JPMA products and services.
  • Aid and coordinate the onboarding of new relationships and meet service needs and expectations of existing and new clients.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • At least 7 years' experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Experience handling multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working on a team with at least two additional Sales Associates.
  • Licenses 7 & 66 strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
