About the role
As a Vice President, Investment Product Specialist in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will present on capital markets and investment solutions, collaborate with field leadership to execute the U.S. Wealth Management strategy, and play a pivotal role in advisor development, client satisfaction, and deepening value-add relationships. You will articulate the firm’s investment themes and recommendations clearly, support advisors and clients, and help align their investment roadmaps with transparent guidance.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert to present on the firm’s investment themes, platforms, products, and strategies
- Communicate J.P. Morgan Wealth Management’s view and recommendations clearly and concisely
- Cover a territory of 2 to 3 regions remotely and in person (approximately 300–400 advisors)
- Create and coordinate advisor development workshops
- Act as a speaker for group meeting presentations and Zoom office hours
- Schedule and execute approximately 10 to 15 one-on-one advisor meetings per week to support new business opportunities
- Attend client meetings as the subject matter expert on investment solutions and positioning
- Coordinate and partner with colleagues across disciplines on joint presentations
- Demonstrate value in advancing divisional goals to target
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Highly detailed understanding of investment product offerings (advisory, annuities, insurance, and brokerage markets)
- Series 7, Series 66, and Insurance Licensing required
- 7+ years of sales experience
- Skilled at presenting with a wholesaling background and storytelling ability to present solutions effectively
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in group settings and partner on presentations
- Well versed in territory management, expense control, and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable with overnight travel
- Ability to collaborate with partners and provide cohesive messaging
