J-37 Lead JTRS SME

About the Role

Constellation West is seeking a Lead JTRS SME to provide senior-level joint training expertise. This role requires deep knowledge of the Joint Training System and related tools, with a focus on supporting National Guard, JFHQ-State, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command operations. The position involves nationwide travel capability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret clearance preferred (not required)
• Ideal background: Senior Joint Training SME / National Guard
