- Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance team productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience leading software development teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
