IWS - Product Engineer Specialist Mobile Water Treatment

About the role

Aquatech is seeking a Product Engineer Specialist – Mobile Modular Water Treatment to join our Canonsburg, PA team. This position is full-time and exempt, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on mobile modular water treatment systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales) to define product requirements and development roadmaps.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
• Drive prototyping, testing, and iteration to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Oversee Product engineering, procurement, and Supply chain processes to deliver equipment.
• Develop and manage capital and operating budgets for equipment and drive the best cost and operability position.
• Work closely with customers and partners to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement with product training and collateral.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience in product management or engineering within the water treatment or related industrial sector.

Skills

• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
• Self-starter and energetic worker.
• Microsoft Office 365 Experience with engineering within the water treatment or related industrial sector.
