Job Description
Repair and replacement of valves
Carry out routine maintenance as per the equipment supplier’s schedules
Lubrication of rotating equipment
Pump alignment, bearing / seal replacement
Arresting leaks
Repair of chemical dosing pumps
Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities
Overall upkeep of the facility
Be the maintenance lead and schedule preventative maintenance
Coordinate with subcontractors
Prepare reports on maintenance activities
Advice on spare parts maintenance and inventory
Coordinate the loading and unloading of chemicals safely under the supervisor’s guidance.
Maintenance and upkeep of rental assets before and after deployment.
Maintain inventory of consumables and spare parts required for the rental assets.
Coordinate the loading and unloading of rental assets before/after deployment.
Making sure the rental asset is ready for deployment and also inspection after deployment from the customer site is done.

Physical Job Demands
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, limited walking, and standing.
Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of relevant work experience fixing large industrial pumps, motors, blowers, valves & piping
- Technical School Graduate preferred
