About the role
Open Sky Community Services provides mental health services for younger children and adolescents, focusing on evidence-based treatments and wraparound services. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
- Aid in accessing and providing transportation for individuals.
- Create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
Qualifications

Skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
