Ives Youth Group Care - Awake Overnight Counselor (36 Hours)

Through a compassionate, recovery-oriented, and strengths-based approach, our multidisciplinary teams deliver high-quality support tailored to each individual's unique needs, preferences, and aspirations. The Awake Overnight Counselor provides guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours while assisting individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. Counselors help ensure individuals are supported in living healthy, productive, and independent lives by implementing procedures that promote health, safety, well-being, and a clean environment. Counselors are strong advocates for the people they serve, believe in the power of community, and recognize the importance of meaningful community inclusion and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
- Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
- Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
- Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
Pay
$20.00-$22.48 per hour.
