IVA and Digital Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Interactive Virtual Assistant (IVA) and digital/chat solutions.
• Leverage platforms like Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, and Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Integrate with backend systems using REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Implement and optimize NLU models for intent accuracy and entity recognition.
• Conduct UAT/QA testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Analyze conversation logs and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists.
• Stay updated on trends in Conversational AI, NLP, and machine learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience on a Conversational AI Platform.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) and conversational AI products.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
• Experience with Node.js, REST and SOAP Web Services.
• 3+ years in developing/deploying IVR, chatbots, or Conversational AI solutions.
• Strong skills in Java, Python, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JSON, SQL, and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with Small Language Models (SLMs) preferred.

Pay and Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and experience).
