We are hiring an IV Therapy Wellness Partner to provide exceptional clinical care while building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them understand and stay engaged in their personalized wellness journey.What You'll DoClinical Care & SafetyStart IVs and administer IM injections safely and efficientlyMonitor clients throughout treatment to ensure comfort and safetyPrepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the dayDocument treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accuratelyMaintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standardsClient Wellness JourneyGet to know each client's wellness goals during every visit, not just their requested serviceHelp clients understand how a given therapy connects to what they're actually trying to achieveRecognize when a client's needs may have changed and flag it to the Clinic Director or Assistant Clinic DirectorSupport continuity by making sure clients understand their next recommended stepClient EducationEducate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefitsAnswer client questions clearly and honestly, without pressureShare your own growing knowledge of wellness, nutrients, and functional health as you learnRelationship-Based Client ExperienceCreate a welcoming, professional environment for every clientCommunicate clearly and build trust throughout each visitAddress client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathyBuild the kind of rapport that turns a first-time visitor into a regularProtect the Client JourneyMaintain accurate documentation so the next team member has full context on a clientSupport a seamless handoff between shifts and staff membersHelp ensure no client falls through the cracks between visitsClinic OperationsTrack, manage, and restock inventory as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areasSupport scheduling and overall clinic efficiencyTeam PartnershipWork closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Clinic DirectorSupport team goals and daily operational prioritiesAssist with training and onboarding as neededContribute to a positive, team-focused work environmentGrowth & Leadership DevelopmentDemonstrate accountability, initiative, and strong work ethicParticipate in team meetings, training, and developmentTake ownership of responsibilities beyond basic role expectationsQualificationsLicensure & CertificationActive, current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredNew Jersey requires RN-level licensure to perform IV therapy and vascular access outside a licensed EMS agency; LPN, Paramedic, and EMT credentials do not qualify for this role in this stateIV Therapy CertificationCPR/BLS certificationExperience1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferredExperience in wellness, functional medicine, client education, hospitality, or relationship-based healthcare is a plusSkills & AttributesStrong IV and injection skillsExcellent bedside manner and client-care approachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsNatural ability to build relationships and establish trustComfortable educating and engaging clientsCurious and motivated to continually learn about wellness and the human bodyHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCalm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressureStrong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountabilityInterest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicineCompensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $34–$39/hour, based on experienceTips and commission opportunitiesPTO (for team members meeting eligibility requirements)Monthly service allowance plus an employee discount on IV Nutrition servicesA full breakdown of compensation amounts and eligibility details will be provided as part of your formal offerWorking ConditionsPart-time schedule, approximately 16-20 hours per weekPRN schedules also available depending on staffing needs8–10-hour shifts, including some Saturdays and Sundays as neededClinic environment with frequent and direct client interactionIs This Role for You?You Might Be a Perfect Fit If...You're a people person.Clients feel at ease the moment you walk in.
