Job#: 3054641 Job Description: ITSM Specialist Location: Daytona Beach, Florida (Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking an ITSM Specialist to support our IT Service Management framework. This role is central to maintaining and improving our change management processes within a ServiceNow environment. The specialist will work to ensure that all IT changes are managed effectively, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with standards such as SOX. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, focusing on change management processes.Utilize ServiceNow to manage dashboards, reporting, and metrics related to ITSM.Oversee the change management process to ensure it is ready for production, including validating testing, approvals, and evidence.Ensure all change processes are compliant with SOX regulations.Collaborate on projects, including the migration from a legacy ITSM tool to ServiceNow.Participate in weekly change meetings and contribute to process improvement.Drive problem and outage management meetings to closure.Train teams on the ITIL governance framework and new processes. Required Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow is required. Experience with the ITIL framework and a strong understanding of the ITSM framework are essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including dashboards, reporting, and metrics is needed. A strong background in change management is also required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take initiative.
