ITSM Developer/Consultant
Job Summary
Serve as a Halo ITSM Developer/Consultant for a 6-month remote engagement, supporting EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours. Enhance, optimize, and expand the existing Halo ITSM platform to meet evolving business requirements and improve service delivery. Analyze current Halo ITSM workflows, service desk operations, and processes to identify improvement opportunities. Design, configure, and implement new and enhanced workflows, request catalogs, forms, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and automation within Halo ITSM. Collaborate with service desk leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Halo ITSM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices. Advise on Halo ITSM capabilities and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement. Support enterprise service desk environments and apply ITSM best practices (ITIL knowledge preferred). Integrate Halo ITSM with other business systems and applications as needed. Work independently in a fully remote consulting capacity.
Required Experience
- Hands-on, recent Halo ITSM experience (not just other ITSM tools)
- Food & beverage industry experience is a plus
